This top has a unique zipper set up to avoid the "hump" that develops in the middle of the back due to the full back zipper... it has a back zipper that runs down 8" from the top of the collar... and it has a zipper in each side that zips from 1" into the sleeve to the bottom of the top...for easy on/off... it also has velcro at the wrists for easy on and off... this top has a panty strap that snaps in the front
